Welcome to my new GoldGatePoint.com website and blog.  Although I have had detailed information about Golden Gate Condominiums on my sarasotacondominiums.com website for some time, I have created this site to provide a greater focus in the unique qualities of Golden Gate Point. 

Golden Gate Point,a highly desired location on Sarasota’s downtown waterfront and it’s best days are ahead.  Currently, the City of Sarasota is embarking on an ambitious plan to upgrade the community through burial of overhead utilities and the installation of brick pavers, landscaping decorative lightly along the street of Gold Gate Point.  When completed the values on Golden Gate Point are sure to rise.
