Golden Gate Point

The 22 acre peninsula jutting out into Sarasota Bay just north of Marian Jacks, has long been a highly desired address.  Originally known as Cedar Point in the 1920s when owned by John Ringling, the circus magnet and father to much of Sarasota finest locations including Bird Key and St. Armands Circle.  Today, Golden Gate Point  is home to some of Sarasota’s finest new bayfront condominiums.  The location is prized for it’s easy access to downtown, the bayfront, St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach.  Some of the more recent and most luxurious condominiums include; Vista Bay Point, Grand Riviera, Majestic Bay and La Bellasara.

  1. Is there a schedule for the resurfacing of Golden Gate Point? I heard that this will happen soon. Thank you.
