Golden Bay condominiums are located on Golden Gate Point along Sarasota’s downtown waterfront. each of the ten units in Golden Bay have excellent views westerly over Sarasota Bay and Bird Key. All units are 2130 square feet. Private garages are located under the building. Golden Bay was built in 2002. Amenities include; bay views, BBQ picnic, elevators, pool, private garages, hot tub. Two medium pets are allowed. Rentals are allowed at a minimum of six months and only one rental per year.
